Job Opportunity: Sub Agent - Highways Project

Our client is seeking a skilled Sub Agent to join their team on a major highways project near Southampton. This role will be based in Hampshire and is expected to last for a minimum of 6 months, with an attractive rate of £450 Umbrella PAYE per shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Site Agent in managing daily site operations.

Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and quality work.

Oversee the execution of construction activities in line with project specifications and deadlines.

Implement safety and environmental policies on-site.

Monitor progress and report any issues or delays to the Site Agent.

Maintain accurate site records and documentation.

Ensure compliance with project plans and regulations.
