Key Responsibilities:
Managing diaries and scheduling meetings
Office manangerment expereince
Handling confidential correspondence and communications
Organising travel arrangements and preparing itineraries
Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting materials
Acting as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders
Taking minutes during key meetings and following up on action points
Involvment with projects Skills and Qualifications:
PA exerience is essential
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
