Your Role as an RMN:

Provide top-notch care to individuals with mental illness and personality disorders.
Develop therapeutic relationships to enhance patient engagement.
Adhere to all codes of conduct, standards, and legislation.
Contribute to patient assessments and care plans.
Lead shifts and mentor team members at a senior level.

Relevant nursing qualification and registration.
