Project Manager – Somerset - £60,000 & package

Sphere Solutions are working with a rapidly growing building services contractor to recruit a Project Manager to join their team.

You will manage and take full operational responsibility for an MOD refurbishment project in Somerset, as well as an additional project at a later date.

The appointed person will manage all site teams, ensure both programme and budget are on track and adhere to MOD policies and procedures.

Suitable candidates:

* Must have a proven track record of Project Managing sites from £500k-£5m.

* Security clearance is essential, due to the location of the project.

* Must have excellent administration and IT skills due to the level of paperwork required.

* Commercial experience/knowledge including the ability to price small works/variations

* Must have either a White or Black CSCS card.

* Site management tickets are essential – SMSTS, First Aid at Work & CSCS
