What You’ll Be Responsible For

Managing a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors
Overseeing the preparation and review of statutory accounts and management reports
Managing the day-to-day operations of the accounts team
Leading, mentoring, and supporting junior team members
Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and deadlines
Coordinating workflow, setting deadlines, and maintaining efficiency across client engagements
Liaising with clients, responding to queries, and offering strategic advice
Working closely with the senior leadership team to identify growth and service opportunities

What You’ll Bring

ACA or ACCA qualification
Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing an accounts department and full compliance cycle
Strong leadership and team development skills
Client-facing confidence with strong commercial awareness
Solid understanding of accounting software and reporting systems
