Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and group support to students with Severe Learning Difficulties.
Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs) and support strategies.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere to promote student engagement and participation.

Previous experience working with students with SEMH needs beneficial but not essential
Understanding of SEMH and its impact on learning and behaviour.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic school environment.
Relevant qualifications or willingness to undergo training.
This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
