We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner / Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team at our client's vibrant three-star hotel in Kensington. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and public areas to ensure a pleasant and welcoming environment for all our visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing linens and amenities.
* Sanitize bathrooms, restock toiletries, and maintain bathroom cleanliness to the highest standards.
* Assist in keeping public areas clean and tidy, including hallways, lounges, and lobbies.
* Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items or services to ensure a positive guest experience.
* Follow hotel policies and procedures for health, safety, and security, including safely handling cleaning chemicals.
* Report any maintenance issues or damaged items to management for timely repairs.
* Uphold confidentiality and privacy of guest information.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a hotel housekeeping or cleaning role is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized environment.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
* Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed
