On behalf of our client school, Tradewind is seeking an outstanding Year 2 teacher with a passion for exceptional teaching and nurturing pupil growth.
We're looking for a teacher who:
Excels in the classroom with a track record of outstanding teaching, particularly in Key Stage 1.
Understands early childhood development and has expertise in phonics instruction.
Adapts lessons to cater to the diverse needs of all students.
Collaborates effectively, working seamlessly with support staff to enhance learning.
Believes in hands-on learning and sets high expectations for both themselves and their students.
Leads by example in teaching excellence and professionalism within our school and across partner schools.
Brings energy, enthusiasm, and creativity to their teaching practices.

Start Date: February 2025
Role: Year 2 Teacher (Full-time, maternity cover)
Pay: £120-£190 per day, depending on experience
Essential Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Strong references demonstrating experience in KS1, ideally in a Year 2 class.
A detailed CV covering full employment history, with explanations for any gaps.
Right to work in the UK.
