Original Talent Recruitment are pleased to be partnered with a well known client in their search for an Accounts Assistant to join their team

You must have experience in a similar role, you do not need to hold AAT qualifications but someone who has experience in a Finance, Purchase Ledger, Accounts Payable or Credit Control role is essential

Duties will include:

* Deal with all accounts queries over the phone and via email

* Match PO number to invoices to ensure accuracy on the system

* Bank reconciliations

* Maintain accurate client and account records

* Identify discrepancies and rectify

* Process invoices

* Work on a global scale, working with other currencies

* Process company payment runs

Ideally you will:

* Have experience in a similar role

* Be used to working in a fast paced role

* Be a self starter

* Excellent communication skills
