Sales Executive required to drive B2B sales maintaining and building our client portfolio. The Sales Executive must be highly organised, target driven with exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and expand our client base through lead generation, business development and recruitment solutions.
Utilise channels to generate leads, including cold calling, referrals and digital platforms.
Initiate contact with prospects in our target industries, qualifying their recruitment needs and present tailored solutions.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and fulfilling their needs.
Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities, maintaining a competitive position in the market.
Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to ensure clarity and transfer of information is seamless and efficient.
Requirements:

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Passion for B2B sales and relationship building.
Ability to communicate effectively and qualify industry specific jobs with potential clients.
Proven experience handling client relationships via phone/in person.
