Are you a dedicated and experienced Scrub Nurse or Orthopaedic Theatre Practitioner? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a state-of-the-art orthopaedic surgical centre in Marylebone, London with a salary up to £41,000 and excellent benefits.

You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and dedicated theatre team where you will be able to enhance your skills and knowledge, contribute to quality improvement, and play a key role in the management and organisation of the operating department.

As a Scrub Nurse/Orthopaedic Theatre Practitioner, your responsibilities include:
Delivering first-class patient care.
Contributing to continuous quality improvement.
Developing and enhancing your skills and those of others.
Promoting evidence-based best practice.
Ensuring strict adherence to legislation, policies, and procedures.
Respecting patients' dignity, privacy, wishes, and beliefs.To apply for this Scrub Nurse role, the requirements are:
Registered Nurse/ODP qualification.
A minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in surgical practice including perioperative and Orthopaedic experience.
Evidence of clinical reasoning and sound decision-making skills across a varied patient case mix.
Outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills.
