To work in a busy office answering telephone and allocating engineers to calls for heating breakdowns by using our facility management system.Other duties involve checking jobs on completion and taking appropriate action.

Must have a good telephone manner .Must be able to work as part of a team.

Previous experience in a customer service role desirable.

Training will be given on our CAFM (computer aided facilities management system)
