Senior Process Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer to join our Process Engineering Team and take on full responsibility for our process implementation and improvement.

As a process engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process strategies, managing process resources, optimizing current processes, and maintaining process documents. Ultimately, your job is to maintain the efficiency of our production lines to reduce costs.

About You:

Proven work experience as a process engineer in a highly regulated industry, ideally chemical / medical device / pharmaceutical / FMCG.
Experience with process simulations and standard operating procedures.
High-level knowledge of process engineering software systems.
Advanced technical skills.
Analytical thinker.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
Ability to project manage.
Thinks outside the box, highly motivated, team player and full of energy.
An excellent problem solver with resilience and determination to identify and implement solutions
Highly competent in document and report writing.Desirable:

Process scale-up and design transfer experience
Project management experience
Experience working with CAD and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of SPC / DOE / analytical methods
Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing techniques.
Knowledge of domestic and international Medical Device regulations, such as ISO 13485, FDA QSR, Medical Device Directive.
