The Opportunity
We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paint Line Operative to join a dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in their manufacturing process, ensuring the high-quality finish of their cutting-edge cooling solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and maintain paint line equipment with precision and care
* Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning and priming
* Apply paint and coatings to advanced cooling systems
* Monitor and control paint quality, thickness, and consistency
* Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
* Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in industrial painting or related field preferred
* Knowledge of paint application techniques and equipment
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
* Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment
