Recruitment Administrator - Sheldon Phillips - Newbury

Position: Recruitment Administrator

Location: Newbury

Salary: £18,000 - £22,500 per annum (Plus Commission)

We collaborate with Local Authorities, Independent Fostering agencies, Charities and private companies across the UK, ensuring the placement of qualified social work staff to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist Recruitment Consultants in managing portal applications and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

* Engage with live contractors to gather timesheet details, ensuring timesheets are signed off by managers to avoid delays to payment runs

* Conduct regular catch-up conversations with contractors to gauge job satisfaction, address concerns, and foster positive working relationships.

* Responsible for compliance documentation and reference gathering.

* Perform light resourcing for job vacancies, actively seeking qualified social work professionals to meet client needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.

* A positive and proactive attitude towards problem-solving.

* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

* Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is an advantage but not a requirement
