Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a market leader in events audio visual services, who are recruiting the role of Sales Support Co-ordinator.
You will be supporting the Business Development team and other internal stakeholders by actively managing and monitoring the Sales Pipeline, supporting with following up, owning data and reporting for the team and other admin tasks. This will be a dynamic & interesting role for anyone looking to gain commercial knowledge and is interested in improving processes and structure within a fast paced team
Responsibilities
* Support the Business Development team across all aspects of day to day operations – managing information, reporting, setting-up demos, etc.
* Assist with ongoing lead cycles & sales pipeline inspection – help the team stay up to date and front-footed with turning leads into sales
* Maintain and update CRM (SalesForce) for monitoring and reporting
* Maintain project and task management system (Jira)
* Manage individual and collaborative workloads
* Supporting the establishment and maintenance of project documentation library
* Work closely with Engineering/Support, Stock/Procurement, Infrastructure, Sales & Customer Success
Requirements
* Ability to manage multiple requirements and stakeholders to get to a desired outcome
* Comfortable with data, reporting and management information
* Great customer service skills, approachable and friendly
* Able to deliver under pressure with limited supervision
* Able to work in a team & problem solve
* Proactive, self starter
* Full UK driving licence
* Basic AV/IT knowledge
* Be basic tech savvy – MS Office suite, Outlook, Teams, CRMs (Salesforce & Jira ideal)
* Be happy to work away from home on occasion
