We are recruiting on behalf of a secondary school in the Macclesfield areas and are looking for flexible and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join Supply Bank. This opportunity offers a variety of school-based experiences, ideal for individuals with a genuine passion for supporting young people in their learning journey.
About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons and maintaining classroom engagement in the absence of the regular teacher. You’ll ensure that students remain focused and supported throughout the school day, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Person Specification:
Experience working with children or young people is essential
Confidence and professionalism in managing classroom behaviour
Good communication and organisational skills
The ability to travel to both Macclesfield and Congleton
A genuine interest in education and supporting student development
Recent graduates with suitable experience are encouraged to apply
A valid DBS check and safeguarding training will be required
