My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a high-end residential project valued at £10M in South West London. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in managing luxury residential builds, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction to completion.
Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
Maintain high standards of quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail, in line with luxury residential expectations.
Manage budgets, cash flow, and procurement to ensure cost control and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with planning permissions, building regulations, and health & safety standards.
Oversee the site team, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
Regularly report progress to stakeholders and clients, addressing any issues proactively.
Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project delivery.

Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience managing high-end residential projects of a similar value (£5M-£10M+).
Strong knowledge of luxury finishes, bespoke construction methods, and high-quality materials.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Strong commercial acumen, with experience in budgeting and cost control.
Ability to problem-solve under pressure and ensure smooth project delivery.
Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, or Engineering (RICS, CIOB, or equivalent preferred).
CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications are highly desirable.
