A Plus Brickwork is looking for an experienced Brickwork Estimator to join our growing elite team. As a leading brickwork and scaffolding provider, we are committed to delivering high-quality projects with precision, and we need a talented individual to help us achieve this.
Brickwork Estimator Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare accurate cost estimates for brickwork projects.
* Analyse project requirements, read technical drawings, and provide comprehensive estimates.
* Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure all financial aspects of the project are clear.
* Monitor costs and provide budget updates during ongoing projects.
* Assist in tendering for new projects and ensure all estimates align with company objectives.
What We’re Looking For in a Brickwork Estimator:
* Proven experience in estimating within construction, ideally brickwork or scaffolding.
* Strong understanding of cost management and construction processes.
* Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in estimating software Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite.
