Customer Service Advisor - (Carlisle)

Adecco is thrilled to be recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor based in Carlisle. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and self-motivated individual with a positive outlook.

Core Responsibilities:

Ensure excellent customer service by following quality assurance standards.
Handle initial responses to customer complaints and escalate when necessary.
Provide customers with clear and accurate information regarding district heat networks and available services.
Identify and resolve account and meter reading discrepancies within the billing platform.
Generate and analyse reports on account statuses, taking appropriate actions to resolve outstanding issues.
Coordinate and present servicing updates, forecasts, and progress reports to internal teams.Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
