What you will do as the Mechanical Maintenance Technician:

Working as part of a multi-disciplined maintenance team to ensure any breakdowns and repair work are carried out efficiently and in a timely manner.
Assist in the delivery of a planned maintenance system.
Updating relevant records and documentation within the computerised maintenance system.
Contribute to project, upgrade and improvement work as needed.
Ensure that all safety, health and environmental standards and policies are being adhered to.
Work collaboratively with all departments to improve reliability and performance.
Assist the engineering stores controller to ensure that inventory is optimised.What you need to apply for the Mechanical Maintenance Technician position:

A recognised mechanical engineering / maintenance qualification gained from a time-served apprenticeship.
Experience of working in a manufacturing environment
Experience gained with a computerised planned maintenance system.Your package

A salary of £39,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience - including call out allowance), potential annual bonus, pension (company contribution of up to 10%), private medical, paid overtime, etc.
