Senior Care Worker

About the Role

Our Care Worker’s role is focused on the service user and their different needs & requirements. You can expect duties to include (not exhaustive) :- Administering Medication- Making meals- Escorting clients to an activity or a medical appointment- Chatting and engaging with relatives and providing care updates- Companionship — communicating and taking an interest in your client’s needs- Helping with personal care such as washing, dressing, hair, nail, mouth & skin care- Provide fluid and nutritional support- Errands such as shopping- Helping with household tasks, including gardening, cleaning, household maintenance, washing clothes, doing the weekly shop or making the bed- Assisting with paperwork such as paying bills- Reporting and documentation I.e. Care Plan review

Requirements

Minimum 6 months in Care Work Preferred, but not essential (Further training will be provided)
Flexibility with working patterns
Shift Patterns & Weekend Working required
Day and Night Shift available
