As a Resourcer you are supported by our advanced technology systems. At Blue Arrow we embrace hybrid working and offer our people the flexibility to work from home for a proportion of their week after onboarding and performing. We are also committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that can support our Operational teams when it's time to relax.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Resourcer will include:

Proactive search, selection and recruitment activities resourcing call centre staff
Utilising a variety of methods including job boards, social media, referrals and open days
Screen, interview and access candidates
Engage with vetting and compliance team
Assist candidates with the application process
Updating systems and adherence to procedures and best practise
Provide resourcing solutions and services to allocated client accounts
Attend daily team meetings and working to KPI's
Working from home once onboarded and initial training completed
Attending our offices in Edinburgh or Manchester for training
Supporting other areas of the business in resourcing tasks
Develop and continually review applicant attraction strategy
Ensure a pipeline of candidates is maintainedBlue Arrow is a leading global Talent Acquisition and Managed Workforce Solutions provider.
