About the Role:

As a General Teaching Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.

• Providing 1:1 and group support to students with diverse needs.

• Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to achieve their full potential.

• Promoting a positive, inclusive, and focused learning environment.

• Assisting with classroom management and ensuring smooth daily operations.
