About the Role:

We are a leading provider of high-quality metal components, fabrication and assembly services. As a Internal Account Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team offering bespoke solutions for a range of industries, from design to delivery. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their sales skills in the manufacturing and engineering sector, focusing on customer relationships, understanding complex client needs, and promoting our full range of technical products and services.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Engaging with new and existing clients to promote our metal components, fabrication and assembly services.

*

Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their specific project requirements, including design, sourcing, and fabrication needs.

*

Contributing to the sales pipeline by managing leads and identifying potential new business opportunities in various industries.

*

Using CRM systems to track customer information, sales activities, and ensure smooth communication across teams.

*

Supporting senior sales executives and learning from experienced mentors in the B2B sales environment, particularly within the engineering and manufacturing sectors.

What We’re Looking For:

*

Some experience in sales, customer service, or office-based roles (engineering, manufacturing, or technical sales experience is a plus).

*

Strong IT skills, including proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

*

A passion for building relationships and offering tailored solutions, with a keen interest in technical products like aluminium extrusions and fabrication services.

*

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to explain complex products and processes in a clear, customer-friendly way.

*

Motivated to learn, with a drive to build a long-term career in technical sales.

A proactive, solution-oriented attitude with the ability to manage customer expectations.
