We are currently working with a well-established construction company who have recently been awarded some exciting projects and are now in search for an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their successful commercial team.

The company concentrate on projects such as:

* Long-term social housing framework projects with local authorities and housing associations

* Mixed use residential & commercial new builds

* Care Home Developments

* Maintenance and Insurance programmes
