Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bodyshop Manager to lead our team of skilled technicians. As a Bodyshop Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Bodyshop, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality repairs, and outstanding customer satisfaction. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and supervise body shop staff, including technicians and support personnel.

* Coordinate and prioritize repair jobs to ensure timely completion.

* Ensure all repairs meet industry standards and customer expectations.

* Maintain inventory of parts and supplies, and manage procurement.

* Implement and monitor quality control processes.

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.

* Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Prepare and manage budgets, and monitor financial performance.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager or in a similar role.

* Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques and industry standards.

* Excellent leadership and team management skills.

* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Proficiency in using body shop management software and tools.

* Relevant certifications or qualifications in automotive body repair.

Benefits

* Basic Salary of up to £55,000

* 25 Days Annual Holiday plus bank holidays

* OTE of up to £75,000

* Company benefits

* Ideal working week of 07:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday
