This contractor operate across residential, education, commercial and healthcare sectors. This is a new build RC frame development valued well over £100Mil. Requirements:

* Proven track record of delivering new build RC frame developments valued over £80Mil

* Tier-1 contracting background/experience

* Longevity within roles on the CV

* The contractor are seeking a natural-born leader who takes pride in the work they deliver

Responsibilities:

* Project planning

* Budget management

* Programme management

* Team co-ordination (operations, design & technical, commercial)

* Risk management

* Procurement

* Regulatory compliance

* Quality control

* Client/stakeholder management

* Health & safety management

* Overall responsibility for the project in it's entirety

* Reporting to Construction Director
