Customer Support Advisor Social housing
Location: TW1 to TW11
20hrs per week, Mon to Fri, Flexible working
Salary: £20.06 per hour Paye
6-8 weeks, possibly ongoing
Well established Housing Associations urgently requires a Mobile Customer Support Advisor to assist their existing team for a 6-8 week temp role that could easily run longer for the right person. The ideal Candidate will have experience of working within housing, or a customer facing support role. This is a part office, field and home working role, and fuel and parking can be expensed.
Main duties
Provide excellent customer service to the tenants, assist and support their enquiries and concerns.
Travel to tenants within TW1 to TW11 and also attend meetings with other support services.
Complete all administration and log all information onto the inhouse database and regularly update all parties concerned.
Criteria
Driving license
Own transport
Housing or Customer services experience
