Pillar Partnership have partnered with an ambitious, fast-growing consulting practice as they look to increase their PM team to help deliver their large portfolio of healthcare-related schemes.

Our client is an SME consultancy who focus on capital projects within the healthcare sector. Typically, projects tend to be valued between £5m and £50m each (with the odd larger scheme) and include laboratories, hospitals, clean rooms, etc. Our client is coming into a period of significant growth; currently at a headcount of 100, they are plotting to triple their business turnover within the next six years. Its definitely an exciting time to join this growing consultancy practice – only the ambitious should apply!!

Due to this period of growth and increased workloads, our client is currently seeking a Project Manager to work across their portfolio of London projects. They are actively looking for someone with a couple of years project management experience, ideally within a consulting practice, and a passion for working within the growing healthcare space. The successful candidate will be involved in multiple projects at one time and will be based predominantly in the office, but with regular site visits. Hybrid working is available to all staff.

Our client is ideally looking for:

* Roughly 2+ years project management experience, ideally within a consulting environment.

* Relevant construction/Engineering degree.

* Ambitious individual, capable of working under pressure.

* Eligible to work in the UK.

In return, our client is offering a basic salary of between £42-£45,000 per annum plus a comprehensive benefits package which includes pension, various flexi benefits and an annual bonus of up to 10%.
