Estimator - Groundworks & Concrete Frame

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Estimator with a minimum of 3 years' proven experience in the groundworks and concrete frame industry. This role offers the opportunity to work on significant commercial projects up to £40m, reporting to the Head of Estimating.
You will play a crucial role in supporting tender applications and submissions, ensuring competitive and accurate cost assessments. Additionally, you will assist in the bid process, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to contribute to successful project wins.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting in the management of the bid process, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
Preparing and submitting tenders for groundworks and concrete frame projects.
Analysing drawings, specifications, and contract documents to provide detailed cost assessments.
Engaging with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and ensure bid accuracy.
What We're Looking For

A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Estimator within the groundworks and concrete frame sector.
Proven track record in handling tenders for projects up to £40m.
Strong technical knowledge of groundworks, RC frames, and civil engineering principles.
Familiarity with standard contract forms such as NEC-JCT.
Salary up to £60,000 (depending on experience)
