Recognised as one of the South East’s leading independent facilities services companies, this dynamic company are now looking for an ambitious and driven Helpdesk Administrator to provide customer and administrative support to Clients and the rest of the team to ensure operations run smoothly.

HELPDESK ADMINISTRATOR

LOCATION: Office based, close to Longfield/ Meopham/ Gravesend. You may be looking for HELPDESK ADMINISTRATION jobs in Kent, Longfield, Dartford, Meopham, Kent, Swanley, West Kingsdown, Bromley, Bexley, Greenwich, Gravesend, SE London or Greater London.

SALARY: £25K-£35K basic + benefits, pension, excellent prospects/ career progression opportunities.

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm.

As Helpdesk Administrator, you will be working as part of a small dynamic team, in a fast-paced office environment, working closely with the Helpdesk and Operational Management team. You will be the first point of call for clients whilst managing multiple administration tasks including:

*Answering reactive queries from clients / supporting clients from beginning to end.

*Liaising with Operations and Account Managers for contracted and reactive works.

*Updating client records on the CRM.

*Managing the Quotation of works.

*Coordinating teams out in the field and Subcontractor’s workload.

*Assisting teams with permits to work, RAMS and compliance requirements.

*Collating documentation to facilitate quotation and subsequent invoicing.

*Ordering materials and equipment for works.

*Providing high levels of customer satisfaction.

*Gaining customer feedback and manage client SLA’s and KPI’s.

As a Helpdesk Advisor / Helpdesk Administrator, your professional telephone manner, good organisational / administration skills as well as the ability to generally get ‘stuck-in’, using your own initiative, self-motivation and drive whilst working under pressure in a fast-paced environment, will contribute towards a fun and rewarding career.

You will have a strong Helpdesk Administration / Client Support background, possibly within a Facilities Management / Facilities Maintenance office environment. You will be a team player, quick to learn, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and confident in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook and CRM systems.
