Formats Executive – EMEA – London (Hybrid) – Perm - £40-£45K

Dynamic TV Distribution company is looking for an experienced Formats Executive to join the EMEA Sales team, focusing on key territories within the Nordics and Southern Europe. Reporting to senior sales leaders, you will play a pivotal role in driving format sales across these regions, working closely with dedicated sales co-ordinators to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Licensing & Support: License format titles within your regions and provide ongoing support to licensees.

* Client Engagement: Pitch formats to key buyers, both independently and alongside VPs, maintaining and building client relationships.

* Sales Strategy: Collaborate with VPs to set and execute annual sales targets, adapting strategies as needed.

* Market Insights: Attend trade markets, report on regional trends, and conduct occasional sales trips.

* Contract Management: Negotiate commercial terms, oversee contract execution, and ensure accurate deal tracking.

* Cross-Department Liaison: Ensure a seamless sales process by coordinating with various internal teams.

Requirements:

* Strong experience in format licensing and content sales.

* Proven negotiation skills within a commercial environment.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

* Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and a self-starter mentality.

* Understanding of TV production trends, with knowledge of multiple territories being a plus.

* Proficiency in a second language is advantageous but not essential
