Pay Rate: £18.88 per hour (umbrella)

CBRE Managed Services Limited is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Operative to join the team at UK Power Networks in Borehamwood. This temporary role offers a great opportunity to work in a professional facilities management environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out general maintenance and basic repairs across the site

Support planned and reactive maintenance tasks as required

Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times

Conduct routine inspections and report any maintenance issues

Assist with general site upkeep to ensure a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

Previous experience in a facilities or maintenance role preferred

Basic knowledge of general building maintenance tasks

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong understanding of health and safety practices
