Senior Solutions Design Engineer
Location: Near Wolverhampton
Salary: Up to £52,000 per annum (DOE)
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, days
Contract: Permanent, Full-time

ISQ Recruitment is recruiting a talented Senior Solutions Design Engineer for our respected logistics client based near Wolverhampton.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead logistics planning, warehouse solutions design, and operational improvements for high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end logistics solutions design, managing projects from conception to implementation.
Independently develop innovative warehouse design concepts, utilising manual and automated systems.
Perform detailed MTM calculations and data-driven analyses to optimise operational efficiency.
Create and present detailed solution designs and layout plans using AutoCAD.
Collaborate closely with Business Development and Operational teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
Support business and account development teams in preparing bespoke logistics tenders and customer presentations.
Mentor and guide team members, promoting continuous professional growth. Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in logistics solution design and warehouse planning.
Strong project management skills, including experience leading complex projects.
Proficiency with MTM calculations and AutoCAD.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills. Desirable Experience:

Familiarity with SAP system workflows.
Previous experience within automotive logistics or automated warehousing environments. Why Join?
