Role Overview:
As an SAP S/4HANA New Business Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in growing our client’s SAP business across the UK. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities, primarily within SAP RISE/GROW with S/4HANA. You will work closely with the UK sales and technical teams to create tailored solutions that meet clients’ needs and drive their digital transformation journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
* New Business Development: Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the UK market, focusing on SAP RISE with S/4HANA.
* Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve ambitious sales targets.
* Solution Selling: Understand clients’ business challenges and propose customized SAP S/4HANA solutions to drive growth, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
* Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand their strategic goals and position SAP solutions as enablers.
* Collaboration: Work closely with internal SAP consultants, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth project delivery.
* Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, SAP S/4HANA developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Key Requirements:
* Proven Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in SAP sales, with a strong track record in new business development, ideally focused on SAP S/4HANA.
* Expertise in SAP RISE with S/4HANA: Deep understanding of the SAP S/4HANA suite and the value proposition of SAP RISE.
* Sales Skills: Excellent consultative selling skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to a broad range of clients.
* Strategic Mindset: Ability to understand clients’ long-term objectives and align SAP solutions accordingly.
* Strong Network: Established network of contacts within the SAP ecosystem and relevant UK industries.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to and negotiating with senior stakeholders.
