With our Middleton based Client we are looking to appoint a Finance Assistant.

THE ROLE OF THE FINANCE ASSISTANT;

Will report to the Head of Finance – who is looking for a hands on / proactive and self sufficient Finance Assistant!

As Finance Assistant – you will work to provide Finance / Accounting support to Internal and External Customers – across Sales and Purchase Ledgers and Reporting to include;

* Prepare and process Creditor Invoices for Payment

* Review on Report on Aged Debt

* Review and Report on Treasury Incomes

* Prepare a range of Reconciliations across multiple Bank Accounts / Ledgers

* Prepare Credit Card Reconciliations

* Ad hoc duties

To be suited to the Finance Assistant role – you may be a qualified by experience Finance Assistant or have commenced your AAT.
