Key Responsibilities:
* Source and attract candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, and networking.
* Conduct initial screening and interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for specific roles.
* Maintain and update candidate databases to ensure accurate and timely information.
* Work closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
* Support the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all parties involved.
* Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide informed recruitment advice and support.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction sector
* Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
* A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets.
