I am working with an Electrical Maintenance Contractor who are based in St-Austell to recruit a Maintenance Administrator to join the team on a part time basis. You will be working as part of a busy, growing team and will be responsible for all related maintenance administration tasks.
Duties will include:
Answering the telephone and dealing with queries from customers
Data entry, inputting invoices onto system
Managing engineers diary and scheduling works
Maintain maintenance records
Stock management, van checks
Supporting management team You will need:
Experience within a similar role
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
To be organised and able to prioritise workload
