A rapidly expanding manufacturer of plastic products is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with expertise in injection moulding solutions to join their team.

With a strong and growing pipeline of orders and the capacity to take on additional clients, this well-established company, operating across multiple UK locations, offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a close-knit team of Sales Managers. You'll play a key role in nurturing existing accounts while driving new business growth.

***Up to £40,000 + Commission (OTE £50,000-£60,000)***

As a Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Identifying and developing new sales leads, while expanding relationships with existing clients.
Driving market awareness and increasing sales through proactive direct and indirect marketing initiatives.
Preparing detailed quotations and determining final sales prices.
Providing regular customer support and management, including onsite visits.
Expanding the sales database by actively sourcing new prospects through a variety of strategic activities.To be successful in the role of Sales Manager, the ideal Candidate will:

Have experience selling moulding services and products.
Have a good knowledge of Injection Moulding processing and the tooling involved.
Have an engineering background with a relevant qualification.
Be able to generate quotes/estimates.
Be able to operate autonomously and possess excellent business acumen including good negotiation skills.
