Crone Corkill is working on a rare opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a leading Employment Law firm firm in their central London office on a full-time office.
Renowned for their expert knowledge within the Employment and Regulatory sectors, they boast a global reach, advising on matters across the US & EMEA markets. The firm offers a headcount of 30 in their city office. The team are friendly, collaborative and are looking for an experienced secretary to support the team on a float basis.

You will offer integral support at Partner level across the below duties:

Complex diary and Travel management
Onboarding new clients, and responding to their queries
Opening, closing and archiving of files
Answering company telephone for inbound client queries
Managing the set up of & take down of meetings
Monthly Billing - working closely with the internal billing department
Document Preparation such as formatting and typing
Working closely with partners to plan ahead for conferences
Supporting fee earners with the creation of business development documents and events
Ad hoc office management duties such as maintaining stationary and refreshmentsAbout You
You may be a passionate Employment Secretary who is looking to join a smaller firm or and are interested in getting into a float position.

4 years + in a Legal Secretary position
Previous experience working in a boutique firm
A proactive team player
Excellent communication skills & attention to detail
