Disability Assessor - PIP - Hybrid - TUNBRIDGE WELLS

Salary: £39,500 – Annual Salary reviews. 

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 40 hours (Part-Time Available)

Are you a Registered Nurse (Adult), Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Pharmacist or Paramedic with at least one year of post-registration experience? Looking for a better work-life balance with no weekends, bank holidays, or night shifts?

Join our team as a PIP Disability Assessor, where you’ll use your clinical expertise to assess individuals for Personal Independence Payment (PIP). This role offers full training (RCN accredited), a supportive work environment, and a structured career pathway.

Conducting telephone, video, or face-to-face consultations with PIP claimants
Assessing how health conditions impact daily life
Writing detailed, evidence-based reports to support benefit claims
Working with individuals with physical, mental health, cognitive, and sensory impairments What You Need:

HCPC/NMC registration
At least 1 year of post-registration experience in adult healthcare
Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
