Thorn Baker Construction are looking for a Site Manager with Joinery experience for a fit-out project in Gateshead.
Hours: 07:00 - 17:00
Project start / end: 11/11/2024 / 7/2/2025
Duration: 11 weeks - Will be required to work at least one weekend to install a new electrical distribution board.
Person Specification:
Driving Licence (preferred)
Managerial skills are essential
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Strong team player but also able to work as an individual
Able to work in a busy environment under pressure
Two commercial relevant References (essential)
SMSTS (essential)
First Aid Certification (essential)
CSCS (essential)

Regularly review project status
Office strip-out w/ light demo & refurb inc M&E
Partitioning
Glazed partitioning
Suspended ceilings
Joiner/bespoke joinery & tea points
Decoration
Floor finishes
Furniture
Produce safe and efficient sites
Weekly submission of information including weekly timesheets, material sheets and plant & site checklists
