Supply Desk are seeking an experienced and passionate Science Teacher, specialising in Chemistry, to join a dynamic school in Medway. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated educator to deliver engaging Chemistry lessons across KS3 and KS4, with flexible contract options available.

The Role: We are looking for a motivated and inspiring Chemistry Teacher who can make a real difference in students' academic journeys. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality lessons, fostering a love for learning, and driving positive student outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and dynamic Chemistry lessons that align with the national curriculum for KS3 and KS4.
Incorporate both theoretical concepts and practical experiments to enhance students' understanding.
Differentiate instruction to cater to the diverse learning styles and abilities of students.
Monitor, assess, and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and develop interdisciplinary curricula.
Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development initiatives.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Proven experience teaching Chemistry at KS3 and KS4.
A strong passion for science and education, with the ability to inspire students.
Degree in Chemistry or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
Commitment to supporting all students in reaching their full potential.
