Right now, they're looking for a Digital Media Planner to play a key role in shaping media strategy for a major sportswear brand across EMEA. This role sits at the heart of their performance team, focusing on paid search, social, and display, using insights and forecasting to drive smarter media investment decisions.

Responsibilities:

Building data-led media plans that optimise budgets across multiple paid channels.
Using forecasting tools and analytics to guide strategic decisions.
Working closely with paid media, strategy, and creative teams to ensure campaigns perform at their best.
Strengthening relationships with key media platforms, creative partners, and performance vendors.
Contributing to quarterly strategy reviews and campaign planning sessions.

Skills Needed:

2-3 years' experience in media planning, particularly across search, social, and display.
A strong grasp of full-funnel media strategies, including attribution modelling and MMM.
Confidence in managing budgets across multiple markets.
Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and DSP platforms.
Analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
