This is a rare opportunity to take on a pivotal role at a prestigious estate based in the Breckland area, overseeing a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties while driving sustainability and development initiatives. As Operations Manager on this Estate, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the properties, working closely with tenants, and leading exciting renewable energy projects, including solar and biogas systems. This is not just about maintenance – it’s about shaping the future of a forward-thinking estate that places sustainability at the heart of its operations.

Your previous experience and expertise in property management will be essential in managing tenant relationships, overseeing repairs and renovations, and maintaining high standards across the estate. Beyond traditional property management, if you have knowledge and first-hand experience within building renewable initiatives, this will be a huge advantage. With financial responsibility at its core, you’ll manage budgets, oversee income and expenditure, and ensure the profitability of the estate’s assets, so good commercial and financial acumen relative to property/estate management will be essential.
