Job Title: Admin Assistant

Location: Leeds City Centre

Contract Type: Temporary (6 months)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week (between 7 AM and 6 PM)

Job Description:

We are representing a local business who are seeking a motivated and organised General Admin Assistant to join their team in Leeds City Centre. This temporary position offers a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a busy, professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
Support various departments with administrative needs.
Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace is organised.
Handle phone calls and emails professionally.Requirements:

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous administrative experience is preferred but not essential.Benefits:
