CareerMakers Recruitment are looking for a Sales Executive to join our busy client in Accrington, BB5.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and research potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and social media.
* Qualify leads to ensure they meet the company’s criteria
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
* Ensure alignment of the sales strategies with overall company objectives
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects
* Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions
* Use data and insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies where necessary
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system
* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates on progress toward targets
Qualifications/Experience
* Proven track record of sales success, ideally in a manufacturing industry
* Experience in lead generation, sales presentations, and closing deals
* Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management
* Familiarity with the use of CRM software. Salesforce is advantageous
* Relevant experience within an SME manufacturing facility preferred
* 5+ Years experience sales role within manufacturing
Working Hours: - 40 hours per week
Pay rate: £50,000 - £60,000
