Teaching Personnel are looking for experienced SEN Teaching Assistants in Bolton. Although experience of working with a variety of needs is preferred, what’s essential is that you have a passion and enthusiasm for going above and beyond for children of all needs. There are part time, full time and long term roles with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Successful candidates will earn a minimum of £13.75- £14.50 per hour.
The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant should:
Have experience working with children with SEN on 1:1 basis or in classes
Preferred training or experience in safeguarding, Makaton, PECS, or be Team Teach trained
Be passionate about working with SEN children
Be flexible, proactive and patient
Be able to communicate effectively within a team
Be committed to work full-time
Requirements:
Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to do this
OCC if you have been abroad for 6 months or more in the last 5 years
Up to date CV with complete career history
Experience working with children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
