The company supply a wide range of façade related products to the construction industry and due to continuous growth, require an experienced Sales Manager / Branch Manager to join their team.

Sales Manager / Branch Manager Position Remuneration

Starting salary £45,000 - £50,000
23 Days holiday (plus Bank Holidays, and additional days for long service)

Sales Manager / Branch Manager Position Overview

Reporting directly to the General Manager
Be the focal-point of the London branch
You need to be a commercially minded, sales driven and a well organised individual who will enjoy building relationships with your team, suppliers and customers with the ability to troubleshoot issues if they arise

Sales Manager / Branch Manager Position Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
Facade product knowledge (such as; cladding, glazing, windows, doors, rainscreen)
Proven experience in buying and selling products
High quality communication skills, verbal and written
Managing, developing, and supporting a team
Understand and meet customer requirements
Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and customers
Proven experience in project management
Excellent negotiating skills
Excellent IT skills
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent attention to detail
Highly numerate
